Mission of the Insurance Sales Person
  • Create Opportunities for new revenue.
  • Advance existing opportunities toward closing.
  • Close sales.
This includes proactive sales calls, drop-ins, attending networking activities, and building relationships with centers of influence. You are the face of the agency in the community as well as to our future ideal clients!

Salary:
This is a commission based sales position.  Will begin with a fixed salary for new sales person, but will decline as you build your book of business.
